Emergency After-Hours Support Ticket

Before submitting an emergency ticket please check to make sure the issue not on your end. Check the common trouble shooting for your headset / internet guide to ensure this is an actual emergency. First be sure to reboot your router and computer. Regular support type questions can be addressed during our normal business hours.

Examples of an emergency:

  • No calls are going through
  • Agent is unable to connect to the server
